To begin the recruitment process, employers are required to provide essential documentation. One of the most important documents is the Power of Attorney (POA), which authorizes IRESCO to act on behalf of the employer and manage recruitment activities in accordance with Pakistani labor laws. This document helps ensure authenticity, legal compliance, and trust throughout the hiring process.
Employers must also provide a Consul Letter addressed to the relevant embassy. This letter authorizes IRESCO to handle visa processing, visa stamping, and other immigration-related formalities. As a result, the entire deployment process becomes faster and more efficient.
Another key requirement is a Demand Letter, which outlines job positions, workforce requirements, salary packages, benefits, and employment terms. This document enables our team to coordinate effectively with government authorities while ensuring complete transparency between employers and candidates.
Depending on the job category and destination country, additional documents such as employment contracts, job offers, or company registration certificates may also be required. IRESCO’s Recruitment Procedure
IRESCO is an established organization having strong connections with reputable international companies. Our client provides us with comprehensive job descriptions and prerequisite of vacant position whether it is white collar, blue-collar or any other category.
All job positions are announced on our official website which enables candidates to view and apply for vacant job opportunities. Candidates can easily apply for relevant position that matches their qualification, skills and experience. We utilize electronic and non-electronic media for job announcement.
IRESCO considers every single resume as extremely important and priceless. We maintain database of job seekers from different sectors, with latest and powerful software that we developed for this purpose.
Our state-of-the-art software enable our professional staff to view, shortlist and process candidates that are perfect match for relevant position. We have a team of Best Human Resource Professionals who can shortlist vast number of applicants based on necessary parameters after the careful demonstration efficiently and effectively.
After a candidate being successfully shortlisted for relevant position, we forward their resume to concerned HR manager of our client for further review and approval. Client then approve and schedule job interview of relevant candidates either face to face at our office, through telephonic call or via online video conference.
Our visa consultants will initiate visa process for selected candidates. We Provide candidates with complete guide and support them with the best manner during the process as it is quite a complicated procedure which involve Medical test, Biometric, Qualification attestation and immigration formalities.
IRESCO launched an advanced learning and development training session that assist the candidates to understand about their upcoming employer’s environment, country culture, language and style of living.
Once we receive candidate’s work visa from concerned authorities, we then initiate ticketing process and finalize all governmental formalities to ensure that the candidates can travel and join their employer.
