Prerequisites & Formalities Guideline for Employers:

As per law, the Power of Attorney Letter is to be issued in our name to enable us to initiate the recruitment procedures legally as per the direction of Pakistani Government. this procedural formality add value and assure the authenticity of the whole process.

Secondly, the Consul Letter is to be given addressing relevant Embassies, authorizing IRESCO for visa processing and stamping formalities. Counsel letter is issued to register recruiting agencies only. Finally, we require official Demand Letter listing staff details, salaries and other employment terms & conditions. This demand letter enables us to deal with Government bodies. In some other cases original job offers and/or other documents may be also required

Update Your CNIC, Passport, And License:

We advise all candidates to ensure all their CNIC, Passport and other legal documents are always up to date. Candidates applying for driving job position should maintain the validity of their driving license.

Follow the Rules And Interview Codes Properly:

You could be interviewed in person, by Telephone or through internet video conference call. Candidate should be able to attend the interview with proper formal appearance and arrange required resources to ensure uninterpreted and peaceful environment if the interview is carried out through online or telephonic call.

Original Supporting documents:

It mandatory that all professional, Skilled or Semi-skilled applicant have appreciation and job experience letter from their previous employer. Candidates should have all original documents such as educational degrees, certificate and experience letters Supporting documents should be presented during the time of the interview for review, This is basic formal legal requirement that candidate must prove that all information mentioned in the resume must be legitimate. It is extremely crucial to provide accurate information to the hiring organization.
